Deposit A 25% deposit is required in order to confirm your booking. All telephone, fax and email bookings will be held for 3 working days whilst awaiting payment of your deposit. The balance of the total cost must be paid six weeks prior to your arrival. There is also a fully refundable house deposit of £300 required to cover exceptional cleaning or any breakages or damage to the property, which should be sent separately, along with your final payment. The property will be inspected on your day of departure and if left in a clean and tidy condition with no damage, your deposit will be returned to you. An amount of £60 will be deducted from your deposit if you do not clean the house prior to your departure. Cancellations You should advise us immediately if you need to cancel, whereupon, without prejudice to our right to the balance in full, we will endeavour to let the property to someone else. If we manage to re-let the property, we will return your deposit less any expensed incurred in securing another let. If we do not manage to re-let the property, you will be required to pay the balance by the due date. It is unlikely that a refund will be given for a last minute cancellation and recommend that you get holiday cancellation insurance. Pets Please call us to discuss the possibility of bringing any pets on holiday with you. Arrivals & Departure Changeovers occur on Saturdays in the mid and high season. In the low season, changeover dates can be arranged by request to suit your needs. Arrivals from 4pm please as we need to service your accommodation and please let us know if you will be arriving much later in the evening. Please vacate the property by 10am on your departure date. Weekly rental rates - 2008 The rental rates are fully inclusive of electricity. All bed linen and house towels are also provided, however you are requested to bring your own pool towels. 31 May - 28 June £900 28 June - 19 July £1,100 19 July - 6 September £1,300 6 September - 27 September £1,100 27 September - 25 October £900 Where a booking crosses two rental rates, each week will be charged at its respective rate.
